EU Funds pack

The EU funds regulatory perimeter — consolidated, in-force, versioned — as files on your infrastructure.

SLOT (BP-24): current edition number, as-of date and unit counts (documents / articles / recitals) land here when the first artifact ships from the engine.

Perimeter

Regulation clusters included in this pack:

SLOT (BP-24): the authoritative perimeter list is generated with the artifact. Placeholder outline below — do not treat as final.

Check it before you rely on it

Every pack ships with an ACCEPTANCE self-test: a scripted set of checks (counts, spot citations, supersession samples) you run offline to confirm the artifact is complete and intact.

SLOT (BP-24): rendered ACCEPTANCE.md sample from the current edition goes here.

Verify your download

The SHA-256 checksum of the current edition is published here. The zip includes verify.py for offline re-verification. Editions are immutable — a fix ships as a new edition number, never a silent re-upload.

SLOT (BP-24): SHA-256 of the current edition artifact goes here, in monospace, next to the edition number.

  1. Cowork path: attach the pack in Claude's Cowork. Honest note: on this path your prompts and the attached files are processed in Anthropic's cloud — if that is unacceptable, use the zero-runtime path below.
  2. Claude Code path (zero runtime): unzip into your workspace; the pack is plain Markdown + SQLite read directly from disk. Nothing leaves your machine.
  3. Any agent stack: the pack is tool-agnostic — plain Markdown with stable citation keys and a SQLite index. Works with Claude out of the box; every other stack reads the same files.

FAQ

How do updates work?

An active annual subscription covers every edition published during the term. New edition → you get an email with the changelog and fresh download links. Editions are full re-downloads.

What exactly is in the files?

Consolidated, in-force full text with supersession chains and stable citation keys — not summaries, not extracts. Plain Markdown plus a SQLite index.

Can I put it in my internal pipeline?

Machine rights (internal automated / programmatic use) are granted at the Group band. Other bands cover use by people, with tooling, inside the licensed scope.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is a corpus of regulatory text, engineered for reliable retrieval and citation. Interpretation remains your responsibility.

Authenticity

Only the Official Journal of the European Union is authentic. Citenda packs are engineered consolidations built for reliable retrieval and citation; always verify against the OJ before relying on a text in a legal context.
