Packs & pricing
One pack. Four licence bands. Every edition included.
Every subscription price is annual, € HT, and covers each edition of the EU funds pack published during the term. Bands are licence scope — who may rely on the files — never seats we meter. Pick the band that matches your organisation; checkout is by card at every band.
What a Citenda subscription buys, in one breath
- An edition-dated, declared perimeter — published, validated at build, checkable against EUR-Lex
- Consolidated, in-force handling with supersession recorded, not guessed
- Stable citation ids that resolve to the exact passage, offline
- Files on your disk — no runtime, no API dependency, nothing to keep alive
- A buyer-verifiable checksum: re-derive our claim with the included verify.py
Annual buys every edition of the term. A Snapshot freezes one.
| Band — licence scope | Guidance | Annual (€ HT / yr) | Snapshot (one-time, € HT) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo / Boutique One legal entity, ≤ 15 staff | Up to 3 named users | €1,800 | €3,200 |
| Team ⭐ One legal entity, one department | Up to 10 named users | €3,200 | €5,800 |
| Firm One legal entity, unlimited users and agents | Unlimited | €5,600 | €10,100 |
| Group Up to 5 affiliated entities, unlimited users plus unlimited internal agent, API and machine integration | Unlimited | €9,400 | €16,900 |
A Snapshot is one edition, frozen at its as-of date: no updates, no later editions. Read the two columns side by side before choosing — a Solo Snapshot and a Team annual carry the same number, and they are not the same thing: one frozen edition for a boutique, or every edition for twelve months for a whole department. If you can subscribe, subscribe.
Advisory use (consultancies and law firms billing client work on the pack): +50% on the subscription, one line on the same invoice.
Where this sits on the shelf: a Team licence prices deliberately beside the legal publishers' single-domain database subscriptions — a licence covering one department, for files you hold, verify and keep.
Bands are licence scope — not seats we meter
The files are plain and portable: no DRM, no phone-home, no usage tracking. The licence is the contract, and the band names its scope. Solo / Boutique licenses one legal entity of up to 15 staff. Team licenses one department of one legal entity. Firm licenses one legal entity with no limit on users or on the agents and tooling they run. Group extends that to up to five affiliated entities and adds machine integration — internal automated or programmatic use in your own pipelines. The user counts in the grid are guidance to help you pick a band, never something we measure.
Subscriptions run in 12-month periods and renew tacitly: either side may cancel with 30 days' notice to term, and any renewal price change is notified at least 45 days before the term ends.
€0 — one complete regulation
The free Preview is complete, not crippled
The SFDR Preview is the full SFDR Level 1 text, built exactly like the paid editions: real artifact, real checksum, the same verify.py. It is edition-dated and static — after 90 days it declares itself non-current rather than pretending to stay fresh. What we withhold is scope and updates, never substance.
Card by default. Invoice when procurement needs it.
- Card checkout at every band. Prices are € HT; French buyers are invoiced with 20% TVA, other EU buyers need a valid VIES-registered VAT ID at checkout. How invoicing & VAT work →
- Pro-forma / invoice route from €1,500 HT on request — SEPA transfer, PO number on the invoice.
- Delivery within 1 business day of payment, to the checkout email. Verify before you rely: verify.py re-derives the published checksum offline.
